"Carpets on stairs threadbare, room dungeon like with windows that are sealed closed, no service to speak except two guys playing computer games at front desk, water stains on ceiling, TV and video almost pre-Boer war - fuzzy reception, and as the screen is near the ceiling viewing is hopeless unless you have opera glasses. A night club underneath with loud music finishing at 5 am completes the picture. Shocking and never to be recommended unless you like to be tortured. Has all the charm of a Stalinist prison.
