Built in 1884 and classified by the National Trust, Miss Louisa Merridew's residence for 80 years has been tastefully restored to the grace and dignity of her family home whilst offering our guests today's 4 star comfort.

Hobart's many attractions are within a few minutes easy drive. Leave your car in our off street car park, as you are only around 80 metres from the Sandy Bay shopping precinct, taxi rank or frequent Metro Bus service.
