"This hotel was excellent. We stayed on the 20th floor in a junior suite and the views were terrific. Room was cleaned every day but didn't see the maids once. No complaints at all. Staff were polite, buffet breakfast was great and rooms were very clean with more facilities than most hotels (a kettle for morning coffee, great). Would definitely stay here again.
Guests were predominantly Dutch or German but there were a few British people there, who obviously know where to find a good hotel in Benidorm." - HUGH HAZZARD
