Excellent location just metres from the metro so easy to and from airport. Very clean hotel a little noisy at the front of hotel but none the less a great base in Madrid.
Arrived 11pm - to busy (pedestrian )area with hookers and host of full garbage bins -not a great first impression. Next morning all cleaned up. Quiet night. Room comfortable, appreciated air-con. Everything worked. Good bathroom, unable to take bath due to water restrictions (council-mandated), shower fine. A lift, but still some stairs to negotiate with heavy case. Staff not particularly sociable but cooperative. Let me leave my case betwen checkout and flight time.At end of street is station which links to airport via a train and metro ride, saved big taxi fare.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very quiet place (at least in February) located on the 8th floore. The bathroom was a bit small for two but we survived. Gran Via metro station is 2 steps from the door, although you don't really need it because all attractions are within spitting distance. There was no breakfast but it's not needed since numerouse amount of caffes and restaurants are always at hand. Nice place, nice city. I would definitely pay a visit once again.
Very Good Location (of course the street has prostitutes but they are at their place, creating no problem) . The rooms are small but very clean , quite silent and the wi-fi was working as well .
Small rooms, very clean, recently renovated, central location. I had a room on the interior side of the building - very quiet.
get past the ladies of the street outside and the hotel is comfortable and well located in central Madrid
Stayed here in June with my two 16 yr old son's. Big room with clean facilities. Location was great for the Metro and ro walk anywhere in central Madrid. Prostitutes were stading around street the hotel is on, felt safe at all time of the day (many police walking the street), but it made my son's uneasy walking by them. I would recommend !
The whole hotel floor and rooms seem to be newly renewed. They are very clean and nice. However, the sigle room was very small and overlooking the darkish patio, but very quiet, on the other hand. I did not open the window due to the smell from the ventillation of nearby McDonalds. But there is air conditioning so it is not necessary that windows were open. Location very central so it was close to everythere. Friendly reception people.
