Lutecia Hotel Lisbon

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. The rooms are a bit noisy due to the near train station.

The location is in only 5min. away from Lisbon airport by tax. it´s convenient 2 have early departure and late arrival flight. off-course, easy to catch metro also 2 go everywhere. excellent glocery nearby. and the hospitality are better than average. fare value 2 stay..... it´s my opinion.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Lisboa. The location is good, the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. It's only a short walk to the metro. There are also many shops close by and restaurants, if you don't want to go "downtown".

A clean and bright hotel well located for the airport but in one of the busier parts of the city. There was noise from the main road and train station throughout the night at the front of the hotel although the back of the hotel was relatively quiet.

This is a very nice hotel, well deserving of the 4 stars. Location relative to the airport and the subway is good.

The hotel is placed near the Metro (Roma) and it takes less than 10 minutes to go to the center of Lisbon. Also the transport from the airport is easy - just take line 5 in direction of Roma (then you have about 5 minutes of walk). We had a problem with the safebin as it jammed a late evening. The staff was very helpful and less than an hour after talking with them about the problem, a locksmith came to help. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Speaking english. The breakfast is good but the room can get i bit crowded if you eat late. I would enjoy to stay once more at Lutecia.

The neighbourhood of the hotel is not very interesting, but taxi's are readily available and cheap. Within 10 minutes you are down town Lissabon and the ride to the airport is only a few minutes.

Consider it's in Europe where most hotels are cramp and tired, the room here is surprisingly spacious and new. It's near train and 3 minutes walk to metro, 10 minutes by bus to airport. At this rate, I would recommend to others and revisit again for sure.

Great, clean, comfortable hotel (sound-proof room with space to swing the proverbial cat) for the budget conscious. Pleasantly surprised to find English-speaking Carlos at the front desk who was genuinely pleased to provide a city map and practical tips for travellers in Lisboa.

Despite arriving early they allocated an alternative room immediately. Great room with balcony and view. Excellent and varied hot buffet breakfast. Friendly & courteous staff. Shops, restaurants & theatres in area. Excellent public transport all around.Number 5 bus direct from airport to Roma Areerio terminus. Walk up to top of street and hotel is on your right - this is most direct and easiest route. 727 bus to town stops to the left of hotel. Buy a daily card for €4 at metro or Roma station for all bus, tram metro & funicular journeys - if you keep the card you can top up daily. Get the train to Sintra at Roma station opposite hotel. Excellent location without the hassle of town. Would have liked tea/coffee in room but it wasn't a major problem. Safe area. Highly recommended.

The hotel was fine taking into account the price we paid for one night (to be closer to the airport). Reception staff was very friendly, breakfast was not given due to early hour we had to depart - thus no comment while it was included into the rate.

Hotel was very good for price/quality at least low season time. Railwaystation is quite near, 50 m and the nearest metrostation (Roma) is about 250 m. Breakfast was very good (especially bacon!). Service was good also. Personal were polite and speaking very good English. Make sure, if you order non smoking room, it really is that. Only two lifts weren't enough. In the rush hours you have to wait it a very long time! Really good hotel after all!

The hotel is in the middle between airport and city centre. You can reach the hotel from the airport by bus no. 5 where you need to walk for about 10 minutes. The hotel offers free internet in the business centre and in each room. Easy access to the city centre by metro.

I am sure that this is a very good option. When i will return to Lisbon this hotel will be my first choice.

The hotel was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very good, with a large variety of choices. The location was also good, close to Roma-metrostation and also to Roma trainstation right across the road, if you wanted to take the train to Sintra. The area was also very nice, with many good shops and nice, small restaurants.

Although not a central hotel, the Roma Metro station is only 5 mins walk away and that gets you into Central Downtown Lisbon in 10 mins. The hotel is clean and convenient and provides a huge buffet breakfast until 10.30. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a cheap 4* hotel in Lisbon.
