Great price for location and facilities

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very central, and the rooms are self contained units, wher you can wash and cook.. I would recommend if your looking for a place that is central and clean...

Good central location. Room was big and had a small balcony so could get fresh air which is always a bonus.

Found staff to be very friendly hotel room was clean, spaceous and I had everything I wanted. Hotel is well situatuated close to restaurants and business venues. I would stay there again

Apartments in great location, easy walking distance to many shopping and restaurant areas, close to river and transport services. Washing machine, dryer, cooking facilities and even eco friendly detergents. Rooms are airy, well decorated and very comfortable. You can also order from an extensive menu from restaurants outside the apartments with a $6.50 delivery charge per restaurant used and minimum order $16.50 - great range of restaurant choices and you can pay by credit card, cash or debit card. All in all glad we booked this apartment. Only one note - at the moment late nov 2010/early dec 2010 lots of roadworks going on, so noise levels high till about 11pm.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. The room was large. Everything worked. There was a shortage of parking. We'd happily stay again.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, and the view was spectacular. The decor was classy and did not feel used, the apartment was neat and tidy. Could not afford more then the two days we stayed there, but was a pleasant stay. The a/c came in very handy in the brisbane humidity, the staff were friendly, but not imposing.

Overall a handy place to stay in Brisbane, the windows seem to be in strange locations and no view at all, I liked the space of the rooms and the bathroom very clean & well equiped. The staff were friendly and efficient.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the heasrt of Brisbane CBD. However we were disappointed with the level of finish with in the apartment. No DVD/CD (as advertised on their web site), only one bedside table and reading lamp in the bedroom. I would expect that any hotel worth it's salt would assume that these items were a necessity. Apart from that the apartment was fairly well fitted out. One other concern was the shower/bath. A dangerous combination that forces one to climb over a high bathtub lip through a small opening in the shower screen. I thought these sort of bathrooms went out last century.

The apartment was roomy light with balcony.This hotel is more apartment style accommodation so doesn't have room service or Movies if you don't want to go out every night. The location is great, near shops and restaurants and plenty of take aways. Would stay here again.

I found being 5foot 2 inchees, the shower being in the bath was way to high and I think it is very dangerous, i nearly had two falls. this should be addressed otherwise the place was very good

There was only globe not working in the bathroom, that would have been fixed at least the second day. Also, it was not possible watch any digital channels on the TV since it was an old one.

Shower was over the very high bath - very difficult to get in and out of - would not recommend this hotel for anyone with even mild mobility problems. Bed and lounge were very firm - if you want somewhere comfortable to sit go elsewhere.

In general, everthings are good, but some refixing service is worst as my master room#901 which ceiling light is out of order and I have requested over three days but without any help or response.

Overall, the Hotel was good; great rooms and facilities. Was quite disaapointed with the service though. Requests were not responded to and when i sent in my laundry they returned it at the end of the day without washing saying they could not get it back in time. They should have gave me more advance notice so i could look for alternatives. This really put in a bad situation since i had more business meetings!

Room was clean and a good size. Inner city location handy. Seemed to be a significant number of owner-occupiers. View from the room was of other buildings; felt I had to draw the curtains to avoid people looking in. Minor issue but no tea-towel in the kitchen.

In Apt 3405 where I stayed for 4 nights (5 days) The wardrobe door handles were off when I moved in and was not repaired when I left. One of the Treadmills (there are 3) was Kaputt in the gym on Tuesday and was not set right when I left on Friday. Persons over 60 can't get into Shower cum bathtub as the shower wall is 400mm high and while getting out may slip - it is a OH&S Hazard. The smoke detector cover was off and was not functional! OH&S Hazard.

Apartment Hotel providing good size rooms with good facilities. Rooms are very well priced. Great location to stay in Brisbane
