Wonderful front desk service, staff were extremely helpful. Rooms spacious and clean and well appointed. The apartments are close to everything, great location. Car parking is cheap and secure, $10 per day. We'll definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, well set up and with all the facilities you could want in an apartment. Some of the lounge furniture had suspicious stains that made us feel a little uncomfortable. All in all a great apartment, the biggest let down for me was the service received from the staff at check-in. The staff member was abrupt and indifferent and not particularly helpful at all. If I stay there again I hope I get a new staff member.

Great location. Good size rooms, especially for families.

This is a real find, right in the city at the end of the Queen St mall. It's in a well-renovated heritage building (with an on-site museum), and right above a Woolworths supermarket and Big W. Access by car can be tricky until you're familiar with one-way streets, but there is free secure parking included in the very reasonable club pricing. There is no restaurant, but there are dozens of options within a few blocks, including many on the river front. There is a small pool, spa, sauna and gym. Internet is available but is not free (commercial company). City night noises might bother some, but is fine with windows closed. Buses and rail are within a couple of blocks. We would definitely book here again.

My family and I found this Hotel to be very centrally located, easy to find and very secure. I would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful treatment of a heritage building. Right at Queen Street mall. Will stay again.

Fitout is luxurious, but some units suffer from visual exposure to offices next door.

Great apartment, perfect location, modern, clean,quiet, could not be better. We would definitly return there and recomend it. The only thing that was a disapointment was the pool. It's tiny, but enough to cool off in.

Good for the city heart and shops. Woolworths Supermarket in basement of building next door. Airconditioning worked well. No noise from other apartments on our floor. Pleasant walk through city mall over the bridge to Southbank for the theatres and museums.

location fantastic for all the shopping

We had a cocktail party of approx. 15 guests so the appartment was quite spacious. Great room/hotel facilities & the location was superb. The only downfall was the service we received at reception - one of the girls was very sour & couldn't even manage a smile.

Unbeatable location right on the Queen Street Mall. The apartment was much more spacious than expected with the gourmet kitchen particularly impressive. Definitely will stay here again.

The access door opens outwards. When entering the apartments late at night, after you swipe your card, the hotel doors stay open for quite a few seconds - it felt unsafe late at night - anyone could follow me in. One night there was a man standing in the portico and I just hoped he wouldn't follow me in. I think security is not quite up to scratch.

A great position in the CBD handy to everything. Rooms appointed beautifully and as well as being spacious. Have stayed again on business and will continue to use the apartments in th future.
