"Don't know if we just were unlucky. Arrived on the Monday and on Wednesday afternoon had to ask for the bed to be changed as this still had not been done! Also had to request tissues in the bathroom as the box was empty but had not been refilled. Don't let this put you off though, as the hotel is very nice and is set in an ideal location a few minutes walk from the town centre. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as it was way to expensive, but plenty of place in Stratford to eat." - Anonymous

"I discovered that I had made a mistake with our booking date, booking the previous night to the night we had wanted to stay. On realising my mistake on the morning of the correct date, I rang the hotel and explained the situation. The lady on reception was so helpful and kind, and honoured our booking (for two rooms) for the next night without any fee. We were extremely grateful with this excellent service." - Erin Laban
