"My girlfriend and I stayed in the Roxburghe Hotel for 3 nights. Everything about our time there was lovely. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was top class. The location is fantastic as it is close to shops, sights and trendy bars. We dined in the Hotel restuarant for the first evening, however, although the food was excellent, it was slighty expensive. Getting there: Take M8 to Edinburgh from Glasgow. Follow signs for city centre (A8).
As one approaches Princes Street, the House of Fraser department store is on the left hand side. Keep in the left lane, drive through the first set of traffic lights, and immediately after there is a second set of traffic lights turn left onto South Charlotte Street. The Roxburghe is on the right hand side just after the next set of traffic lights.
Check-in Procedure: Check-in time at The Roxburghe Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees apply). If you need to check in early, please enquire at Reception (subject to availability, fees apply).
Car parking: Car parking is available at The Roxburghe Hotel and can be booked direct with the Concierge, this is chargable at £19.00 per night.
Child Policy: Children are welcome throughout The Roxburghe Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request and special children's menus are available. Children are not allowed in the Consort Bar.
