"Hotel was very convenient to rail transport as well as Internet and laundry facilities. Not as convenient to suitable dinning venues. Unfortunately overall Hotel impression was impacted by staff on the front desk. We were certainly not made to feel welcome and or provided with any local information/facilities that would have assisted or benefited our stay in the Hotel and Milano.
