"Stayed for 2 nights here and I was not impressed. The dobble bed is two single beds put together and there was a major dip in the madress. We had to request another room due to a very sore back. The second room was much smaller, didn't have any tea/coffee facilities as the first room and we were told to buy a cup in the bar instead. Service seemed a bit lazy in generelle, but the worst was the many bits I got from the bedbugs :-(" - Anonymous
"Nice hotel, well located near the central train station and not much of a walk into the city and local attractions. The hotel is clean and tidy and the room size is good. We had breakfast included which was pretty decent. I would happily stay here again, next time I am in Milan." - Anonymous
"Really enjoyed my stay here, hotel was lovely, staff very friendly. In good location only few minutes walk from Central station where it was really easy to get transport on Metro to all the main attractions. Would go back there again." - Jane Nash
