"Overall is good. Staff at reception is not helpful. Check-in time is 2pm but was told to return after 3pm and told me to bring my lugggage with me as they will not be responsible. Location is great and overall cleaniless is good. It is worth what you are paying for as I've learnt from my experience in this trip in Italy. The hotel Madison is situated in the center of Rome and was built within the Palace belonging to the Noble family Sforza Pallavicini, sold to the knights of Malta, it was finally restored in 1992.
