Very pleasant stay. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. A very relaxing atmosphere.
Rooms are very sparce but larger than normal motel rooms. No balcony on any rooms, just sliding doors with gaurd rail and a ledge 3 inches wide, can not stand on it, should not be called a balony, extremely disappointing to think you have a balcony and none exist on the whole property. Spas are large but noisy. Reception staff abrupt and unhelpful and seemed disinterested in our arrival or departure.
