Very Good for what you pay for, i was expecting something cheap but it wasn't at all. Loved it
Apart from confusion with the self-check-in - it showed us owing for the nights accommodation when we had paid through hotel club - an enjoyable stay with excellent facilities.

Convenient location with City within walking distance, and plenty of parkland if you need to get out and exercise. The automated (personless) reception was quick and convenient, and room was equipped with all necessary comforts. Pity it was only high speed internet in room for $6.90/ hour, as I have grown accustomed to free Wi Fi in my favourite haunts.
Small rooms (exactly as stated) but if all you need is a bed, kettle and bathroom then location and price more than makes up for it.
Very difficult to check in when you don't know the automatic system - had to try 3 times! Very frustrating.
The Minima Hotel was exactly what we were looking for which is why we ticked all the boxes are very good. Clean, convenient location and great pricing. I have already told other people about how great it was. I like the plastic key to access all areas of the hotel and no reception to keep the costs within budget. Thanks.
A neat, tidy and comfortable hotel. Will definitely stay there again when next in Adelaide.
very disappointing, way to small things were broken and dangerous and the air-con blew out warm air and controller was broken. It was a very noisy place to stay. Will not be back again.
The black hair all over the toilet seat was a bit scary....plus it took two goes to get into the building as the swipe card did not work. The guy at the front desk in the building, yep down the street and around the corner, said himself that the card system was really poor and the cards blanked themselves very easily. Rooms are also pretty small, fine if you are travelling by yourself. But other than that, for a quick trip and place to stay for night or two the location and facilities are good
Bathroom is a bit too small
Wow it was superb can we have some hotels like that in Perth please. It was great for just a one night but would not be suitable for longer stays when self catering. Shame we had to leave at 4am for our flight home.
very difficult to access. entry procedure did not work - had to get reception from nearby hotel
Very small rooms, but comfortable & modern, great for a short stay. Also great location in Melbourne St. Very enjoyable stay.
Ideal location for short inner city stays. Rooms are compact so having a large amount of luggage is not a good idea. Excellent eating venues within walking distance.
Hard to comment on service as it is intended to be self-check in but at the moment check in is at the Majestic Lion Apartments just around the corner which is only a short walk but still a pain at night, with luggage & in the rain!!
Ideal for short-stay accommodation whether on business or holiday. Access was via a check-in 100m metres away, but there is now electronic check-in at the hotel's entrance. We were treated well by reception, who were glad to look after our luggage when we had a flight later in the day after 10am check-out. Location is great for pubs, restaurants and coffee bars in the immediate humming Melbourne Street precinct and it is only a very short bus ride into Adelaide CBD. Rooms are, as described by the hotel's name, Minima, but are extremely comfortable with king-sized bed, large TV, internet connection, reverse cycle air con and adequate ensuite. Not bad at all for $110 a night.
Japanese sized room.
The rooms at the Majestic Minima are tiny but immaculate. I would recommend them for a single person staying alone or for a couple needing a room for sleeping and bathing only. The bed was great but if converted to two singles the beds would be very close together. Car parking could be a problem as the car park is very small and you can't book a park - they are subject to availability. The website for this hotel is an accurate representation of what you get - a mini room for a mini price.
Nice, tiny little rooms that are good for a place to rest your head whilst spending the day out and about; away from the hotel room. Great for traveling adults. Not really a place for kids
