"Soon as we walked in the room, the room was relatively clean and the room was a good size. Some of the things that threw us off was the bed and the second hand appliances like the fridge, airconditioner and the stove. Front office staff can be more friendly and more helpful. Overall this hotel was only good for one night accomodation. " - Anonymous
"My wife and I normally stay at the Oxford Suites Makati. During the years, we have seen the Makati Palace Hotel being built and wondered about the new hotel. Why not try it? NEVER AGAIN! The poolside bar is permanently closed, the water in the pool is covered with an oily, slimy substance and the hallways stink like a sewer. Next time, we'll go back to the Oxford Suites." - Wayne E.
