This resort was great: very friendly and helpful staff, nice apartment with lovely soft carpet and FANTASTIC views. The pool and other common areas were impeccably clean and I would highly recommend this to friends having a getaway or families. Will return for sure.

The HOtel is in a great spot - fantastic views to the beach, eating places just down the road and room had everything we needed and very comfortable.

Location fantastic, one block from the beach and tedder avenue. Furnishings were a bit outdated and you could hear the TV from the occupants next door, but given the price and location I would certainly look to stay here again. Service wasnt needed as the appartment was self contained but staff were happy to help when I had an enquiry.
Nice location just around the corner from Tedder Ave - couple minutes walk to surf beach. We enjoyed our stay.
We arrived in the evening and were unable to gain access to the hotel as the front door was not operating. We waited nearly an hour to get in - v bad when you've come off a long flight. Room was not v clean, carpet was filthy and furniture quite shabby. Location is excllent but highly priced for what we got. Receptionist had no knowledge of bus timetables. We won't stay there again.

The apartments were quite small and although we had booked for a room with twin beds, this was not available, and my daughter had to sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge room. Up until the last day, when the staff were quite helpful, their attitude to service had been mediocre and quite disappointing.
Room to move in this one, close to everything. Just what our short break needed.
Should we have the need of accommodation in the Gold Coast again we will definitely return.
We had never been to the Gold Coast but found this resort located in the best part. It was central to beach and excellent places to eat. Would not consider staying anywhere else.
The location was excellent. It has renewed my interest in the Gold Coast.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would certainly recommend this resort.
