Getting there:Driving directions From West (Germany) - D5 Highway Follow signs direction to "Centrum" once you arrive to the bank of the Vltava river, turn left and hotel will be seen on your left side. From South / East D1 Highway Follow directions to "Centrum", once you reached the centre urn left on 3rd lights, look for directions "Smichov / Strakonice / Plzen", follow the main road to the river, cross the river on the "Jiraskuv" bridge, after the bridge hotel is located on the left side corner. From North D8 Highway Follow directions to "Centrum" and "Brno", once reached the centre, pass National Museum building on your left hand, look for directions "Smichov / Strakonice / Plzen", turn right on lights, follow the main road to the river, cross the river on the "Jiraskuv" bridge, after the bridge hotel is located on the left side corner.

the shwere the bed and the sheets were great we like the hotel very much the one problem way thay took 260 kr. for 2 water ???
A nice hotel that is close to the tourist spots but far enough away to get a feeling of what Prague is really like.
A very nice hotel in a beautiful city. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room too was well appointed with views across the river. Another review complained about the size of the drinking glasses in the rooms, and i agree they are small, but if that is the only thing you can fault (and i cant think of anything else) it must be a good hotel.
Stunning interior in all areas of hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location on riverside beautiful but good 20-25 mins walk into Prague centre which wouldn't suit everybody particularly after a day of sightseeing! Breakfast not taken as thought it was expensive at 15 euros each per day.Would definately recommend to others and would stay there again.
My third stay here which is comment in itself. Efficient and helpfull service. Excellent breakfasts. Good views over Prague from most rooms.
great small hotel, excellent staff, nice location near the center (15'walking distance). highly proposed. the rooms are a bit small though, with very small closet. at the lobby bar should be flexible with smokers.

Fantastic views over the river. It is in a nice quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the main tourist areas. I would recommend anyone to stay there.
A lovely hotel- staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. A little bit out of the centre of Prague might not suit those who don't like to walk or ride a tram

We recently stayed in the Riverside Hotel for our first wedding anniversary and the hotel was wonderful. The staff were really helpful and made you feel very welcome. The room was lovely with lots of care taken on the detail. It was about 20 min walk from the old town and Charles bridge but quite a nice walk and very pretty at night. Just over the bridge opposite the hotel is the Dancing building with a wonderful restaurant on the top floor (La Perle).
The Riverside hotel was wonderful! All the amenities, service was great, breakfast outstanding. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
We were so delighted with this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and always so ready to make recommendations and restaurant bookings for us. The location was good too as it was out of the main tourist areas but close enough to walk to all the main places of interest. The decor was beautiful and i would thouroughly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere with style and sophistication that is also in a quiet setting.
Excellent Hotel!! Everything was within walking distance of all the major attractions or public transport. Hotel staff were great whether they were recommending restaurants or answering queries. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

The Riverside hotel Prague is an excellent small luxury hotel. The rooms where a generous size, very clean, lovely bathrooms and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent, and really set you up for a hard days sightseeing in wonderful Prague. The hotel personnel were very courteous, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend staying at the Riverside Hotel. I would advise to request a room with a view. The courtyard is not the best outlook!
Recently modernised, and listed as a 'Small Luxury Hotel of the World'. About 20 mins brisk walk to Prague Castle, 10 mins to Wenslaslas Square. Lovely views over the River, spotless accommodation and an excellent buffet breakfast (cooked also available, at no extra charge). Bedrooms well equipped and peaceful. A great stay.
