The Residence is located in the heart of Prato, at two steps from the Duomo and the main monuments and musems, and among all the facilities a city centre can offer (restaurants, cinemas, shopping, theatres and so on).
It is housed in a 1200 Palace, completely and tastefully restored. It consists of 11 apartments all reachable by lift. On the top floor an amazing roof garden overlooking the old roofs of Prato and the mountains around.
It is a very good base to visit the beautiful Florence with an easy connection by tain (twenty minutes) and the other cities such as Pistoia, Lucca, Viareggio, Siena and Chianti region, and to explore surroundings (Artimino, Poggio a Caiano, carmignano, Montemurlo).

Getting there:
Reach Prato by car with Autostrada A1, exit Prato Est and following the directions to the centre (Duomo). Please call the reception for details.
If you come by train, you can walk from the Prato Centrale Train Station (15minutes) or from Prato Porta al Serraglio (5 minutes).

The Reception is staffed only as follows:
9.30am - 12.30pm 4.00pm - 7.00pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday Holidays closed. Different arrivals may be accommodate through an appointment by calling 3355278600-3389509699.
Car parking:
Parking available on adiacent streets with a permit which allows the entrance to the pedestrian area and the car parking without fee.
