Great for the grandchildren, they loved the pool. trampolines and spa but accommodation not clean and I would not recommend this place to any adult-only groups
Could do with upgrade of tv in our unit. Parking was so scarce we had to park out on road - some people obviously used more than one car space. Everything else was very good.

Will definately stay again - unit was very clean and we made good use of the pool and spa. We just had everything we needed for a great relaxing stay.
I found this to be a beautiful place to stay. perfect for a family getaway. I will be returning to Mandurah Holiday Village in the near future.
Looking tired and in need of a facelift. Pool area was nice and good location close to the beach. I've never been told to take the rubbish to the nearest wheelie bin and to make sure you wash up or you'll be charged for these services before! Isn't housekeeping part of what you pay for to stay at a motel!
This place has seen better days, but it has very good facilities. The price that we paid through the [website] was very good. Ideal for travellers on a budget.
The door locks took some effort. The furniture had passed it sell by date. The Tv quality was poor and manualy controlled. Very noisey when upstairs quests come home late. Our room was near a busy road and quite noisey. Staff were good and very helpful.
be aware these are not serviced apartments and if you wish any more of the tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls etc...you have to pay extra for them. You also have to clean floors etc before you leave and if you don't put the rubbish out (and not just leave it in your bin in the accomadation) then another $10 or so is taken off your credit card..No hairdryer, iron..etc...so if you don't expect much in the way of comfort in your accomadation-then you will not be disappointed. ok for groups that want just a basic short break that is fairly affordable.

Wonderful, spacious apartments. Close to restauraunts and only a short walk to the main centre of town. Great to be able to cook if you are having an extended stay. Swimming pool and tennis court great for the kids.
Motel is well situated and clean and tidy with plenty of room for families. Customer service is from a bygone era and they would do better if they concentrated on that area.
Fantastic place for family's and people who love to sit around the pool and in the spa.
