Excellent hotel. Only downfall is slow service, both at breakfast and dinner (bar food).
This hotel has excellent spa facilities, and a great pool. Substantial gym with top of the range equipment. I did not dine in the restaurant but the food in the bar was great. I was in a standard room (with heated bathroom floor!) and can not fault it in any way.

loved this hotel had a lovely stay and the only thing that left it down wos the lenght of time it took to get fed at the evening meal. we sat down at 8.30 and didnt finish untill after 11. in saying that the staff were realy good and plesent and food delicious. well done to all at this great hotel
This hotel was excellent in every way! The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The food was perfect. Leisure facilities great. I will be back in April for another pamper weekend! I will also highly recommend this hotel to all my firends!
The service in the restaurant and bar is extremely poor. The staff are not at all pleasant.
What a fantastic experience. The rooms were perfectly clean, tidy and the service even tidied our mess asvwell as fixing the sheets! The pool was quiet and the leisure and health centre were amazing considering they were complimentary with our booking, and the bar was classy and served great food at a reasonable price. We didnt feel the need to visit the reseteraunt, which was more expensive, but it has gotten rave reviews elsewhere. Tesco isnt far away so we were able to pick up any supplies we need in just a few moments. In fact, there's an entire retail park nearby which is extremely handy.
If your planning to stay in Tralee I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was top notch. Only slight downside for us was that it was slightly out of town on a retail park (and we didnt have a car) but taxi services are very good in area and if your driving you'll have nothing to worry about.
This place was a gem. Not very busy but should be. Excellent ambience, great pool area and gym and away from the hussle and bussle of the town centre. A good alternative to busy Killarney and a good base for the Dingle peninsula and cliffs of Moher.

Forget the fact that the hotel is situated next door to a shopping mall and a McDonalds this is a very clean luxurious hotel. Only 5 minutes from Trallee Centre and 15 minute drive from Kerry airport. Staff are friendly and the rooms are quiet, clean and have a 'boutique style' about them. If you need a rest from the quaint Irish B & B's and hotels that are everywhere in beautiful Ireland you can't go wrong with The Manor West Hotel.
I would like to comment on the food served in the bar area. I found that for the money the portions were rather small. Quality good, service good. Over asll a brilliant hotel. I wasn't there long enough to use the pool, which i would have liked to do, but it looked great. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I did as a person of 64 yrs. find the sliding wardrobe was heavy as it seemed to be catching on the bottom. I did say it to the household staff and they came and looked at it. My husband who is a builder said they had been fitted incorrectly. There could be people with bad backs or other ailments that would find the wardrobes hard to manoeuvre. Other than that i could find nothing wrong with this lovely Hotel. We would definitely come again.
Very good modern hotel in retail park.Rooms spacious and well equiped.Breakfast very good and plentiful.Only drawback was barking dog which wakened us both nights at 4am.
The staff were really helpful and friendly. Highy recommended.
Still a very good hotel offering excellent value for money, however I detected that cost saving economies had been initiated since my last stay in 07/06
