From Lisbon Airport:

As you leave the airport you will come to a large roundabout with traffic lights. Take the first available right off this roundabout (Signed 2 Circular). This will bring you to an urban motorway.
Within 1.5Km you will see a sign indicating the A8 to Loures/Leiria.
Follow this Highway (+/- 73Km) and leave at the exit 14 signed bidos.
The Hotel Mansao da Torre is at 2 Km from bidos (Direction Caldas da Rainha - bidos).
