Friendly and very adequate

Hotel has decent facilites, tea and coffee in the room, change of towels and bed made each day. Travel agent was good but the driver he booked for me no good. Did not use the pool while there, and Agra not easy for woman alone to go...ate next door at starbucks for dinner since long way to Indian food, did not want to eat in hotel. Even though it was good I wanted cheap and cheeful of India food. Bed was so far the only comfortable one in India, but investing in new mattress for all hotels would make the stay much better.

A modern hotel, tastefully decorated. Pleasant garden, well planted, leading to a excellent swimming pool. A shame that the Bar only had Beer and Wine - none of the other alcoholic drinks listed were available.

The room was spacious and the breakfast choice was European or Indian and was very good. There was a nice bar with snacks and the large restaurant provided musical entertainment. All in all a very good hotel to stay in.

We were very happy with the hotel, and felt that it was a great value for the price we paid. i would recommend it.

Good clean hotel though a bit dated. Great buffet breakfast with both Western and Indian dishes. Pizza Hut and Costa Coffee right next door. Also very close to the Taj Mahal

This hotel was so beautiful we thought that they had quoted us the wrong price. we were very pleasantly surprised that in fact they had not it was just amazingly good value. The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and the people who work there are very nice. I would particularly like to mention Mr Basing the travel operator who works at the hotel. He was so helpful and kind to us, as was his driver who took us to Batapur. Claire and Neeve

Stayed in Mansingh Palace for one night on my way from Delhi to Jaipur. Hotel is centrally located to the train staion, Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. The Fort and Taj are in walking distance from the hotel (15mins walk). Hotel is set off the main road so all rooms are quite and the have fans and AC in guest rooms. Restuarant on site is fine for a quick bite to eat and there is also a buffet breakfast included with rooms. Would stay here again for sure. Jake

I found the hotel to be excellent value for money with good location and good service. Although we had arrived well before the check in time, we were allocated a room without any problem.

Beautiful garden/pool/terrace. Nice decor and not so far from the main attractions. Good option in the mid-range price bracket. However, it was very noisy in the night (it is wedding season, but staff were also noisy from 6am and the mosque was close by), so some double glazing wouldn't go amiss. Nice restaurant with live music catering for large tour groups - a la carte is cheaper than the buffet 800 Rs a head).

very quite and nice hotel. comfortable and well furnished rooms. good setting

rooms are clean and nice - the hotel is good value. Only problem was that the corridors echo all the noise from cleaning etc so it was a bit noisy in the morning when you are trying to sleep in. Be careful with the shops around the hotel as they sell overpriced items - negotiate down as much as you can - 50% or more.
