Mantra Bel Air Resort Broadbeach

There is no reception after 7pm of a night. Room views great.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at mantra Bel Air at Broadbeach. The desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was a nice size with a well equipped kitchen. Shops and restaurants were only a short stroll away. The bus to the airport picked us up right outside the resort so that was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very enjoyable, and we intend to stay again. The experiance was delightful, the staff were friendly, and it is central to everything we required. If what we wanted to do was further away, transport was easily available. The japanese restaraunt next door was extremely handy and also highly recommended. Thankyou for a welcoming stay, and we look forward to doing it in the near future.

The Mantra Bel Air at Broadbeach is a perfect service Appt for those who are looking to stay away from Surfers Paradise. It is very well maintained and has a wonderful location.

We attended a Conference at Jupiters Casino so the Mantra Bel Air was just a five minute walk. It was the perfect place to stay. The price was a pleasant surprise. The unit was roomy, very well laid out, and clean. The pool was magnificent. We would definitely go back.

Bel Air Mantra Resort is very centrally located. All the facilites are excellent. Parking is provided. The Reception Staff are polite, friendly and informative.The apartments are clean and fresh. I have stayed many times at the Bel Air Mantra Resort.

good location, no air con in bedroom, it needs 1, tv is from the 80s,on a trolley,good pool area, needs an upgrade in all area,s

overall wonderful facilities but unit could have been a bit cleaner. it didnt appear to be vacuumed very well (dead flies and a tennis ball behind curtains). Bathroom VERY dangerous with shower over the bath and no grab rail ( I slipped getting out of shower). also cracked floor tiles.

Great location. Very happy with room and the swimming pool was lovely. Overall good hotel, would recommend to others.

Our week end at the Mantra Bel Air was fabulous!

Expected better from this level of star rated apartment. The couch in the lounge had foam showing on the base and arm rest and was very sticky. We had to place a rug over the couch to sit on it. Couch was completely warn out and very unpleasant to sit on. Contacted reception and the response was the room is due to be updated so no issue. I have an issue when paying good money shouldn't have to put up with such bad condition of furniture. A light wasn't working in the lounge, no scrubbing brush in Kitchen. All basic things that should have been checked prior to our arrival. Will think twice before staying with the Mantar Group again.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Secure. Excellent outlook over pool. Close to Broadbeach and walking distance to a range of places. A DVD player would have been useful and the fan in the bedroom could not be used due to a noise-/? faulty. A very pleasant 2 night stay over Christmas at a very reasonable price.

Location was excellent the room it's self fully equipped with everything we needed. Oven for cooking the Christmas Lunch was very clean and worked a treat. Staff at reception very helpfull. Swimming pool area was excellent and outside bar-b-que areas exceptionally clean. All in all a very enjoyable couple of days.

Have stayed here previously. Great location, near beach, restaurants a plenty, and opposite huge shopping centre. Stacks of parking, very nice pool area also. We got a great price bargain which made it even better. Just starting to show the marks of time on the walls, carpet etc. although it is only 8 years old.

Excellent place for a short stay.However, needs air conditioning ( or at least a ceiling fan) in the bedroom. There were anumber of people drinking from glass bottles around the pool and spa. We saw a cottle smashed.

We found it a great place to stay. Location was great and it had a lovely tropical setting around the pool also very friendly staff.

The room we stayed in was quite tired looking, and the balcony was very small, however for the rate (~$130/night) and location (2mins walk from beach and Broadbeach shops/cafes) it was fantastic. Pool very busy on weekends, but very quiet during the week.

Great facilities and fantastic view! We very much enjoyed our stay at Mantra Bel Air.
