Getting there:The resort is located on the Gold Coast Highway at Broadbeach, directly opposite Conrad Jupiters. From Coolangatta Airport follow the signs north to Broadbeach along the Gold Coast Highway, travel past Pacific Fair and directly opposite Conrad Jupiters you will find Mantra Broadbeach on the Park. U-turn at next traffic lights (at the Gold Coast Convention Centre intersection). From Brisbane Airport Drive, take left turn onto Gateway Motorway ($2.40 toll after bridge), which merges into the M1 Motorway. Continue south following signs to the Gold Coast and take the Broadbeach turn-off and following Nerang Broadbeach Road until you get to the intersection at Pacific Fair and Conrad Jupiters.
Check-in Procedure:Reception hours are Mon - Sun 7am - 7pm, Guests arriving early/late (outside reception hours) please contact the resort directly to make arrangements to access your apartment. PLEASE NOTE: Photo ID & $200 cash bond or credit card pre-authorisation on check in is required.
Car parking:Under cover security car parking, complimentary.
Child Policy:Cot hire charges are payable direct on arrival. Children 0-3years stay for no charge unless a cot is required. Would recommend this hotel to anybody. Had a conference at the convention centre which was directly across the road. Perfect location for shopping,beach and restaurants. Great rooms,clean and modern. Customer service was wonderful, very helpful and friendly staff.
Close to Oasis S/Centre, casino, Pacific Fair S/Centre and public transport stop . Not sure if l liked the louvres on the wall that separated the bathroom from the bedroom. Also could not get all of the free TV channels. Overall would consider staying here again

We've stayed at Mantra Broadbeach on the Park many times over the last few years. The location is great, right in the heart of Broadbeach, and the apartments are the perfect size and very well appointed. The last couple of times we've been disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartments (stray hairs in the bathroom, dirty bedspread) but not enough to put us off staying there again - and we are fussy!
Great central location, will definitely stay again if a "special deal " comes along. Plenty of restaurants at your doorstep in Broadbeach. The only problem ocurred when confirming the booking, luckily I usually confirm by phone before ! I was told that I was not booked in and they had me as a "no show" 4 weeks earlier, was resolved by faxing voucher ! It pays to check by phone.
Great location. Would like to see security screens on windows, not fussed on using air conditioning all the time.

My wife and I have stayed at Broadbeach on the Park about half a dozen times, and it never really fails to disappoint. Great location, right in the heart of broadbeach across the park from the main cafe/restaurant strip, and a couple of outstanding restaurants in the building itself opening onto the park. Well appointed and decent sized apartments with full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and a large balcony. Only complaint was cleanliness - the quilt cover was 'stained' from previous guests, and we found papers left by the previous guest on the floor. Neither was a big deal (we just put the quilt cover in the wardrobe) and is out of character - never had any problems before - so won't stop us returning.
we had to attend a function at the gold coast convention centre - perfect - straight across the road as was jupiters casino and directly behind us were the restaurants coffee shops and retail shops of broadbeach & the view from our room especially at night was magnificent.
It was a very new and clean apartment, great location, we walked everywhere and there was transport facilities to take us where ever we wanted right down stairs but we were a little bit dissapointed with the bed size. They said it was a queen size bed but was definately a double..
Room was on Level 2 - would request level 5 or higher next time as our unit looked onto pool so was not very private & was noisy at times from people in pool.
Fantastic apartment...great views. We overlooked the casino which was good apart from the fact that the helipad was very active when we stayed. It was Indy 300 weekend which may have been the reason. Everything else was so good it made up for this minor issue. Overall, would definately recommend.
The only drama I had was the small carpark that I had to manouvre my standard sedan car into. Was very tight and had to fold the mirrors in to fit. Be careful to check the carpark before agreeing to a room. Other than that was a great place to stay
We had a great time in this hotel and we only wish we could of stayed longer.
An absolute joy to stay here, very stylish and relaxing, clean and fresh modern, and affordable, we wont stay anywhere else in the future.
