Lovely apartments, great location, clean, a bit noisy at night if sitting on balcony, but that's Surfers, average price for standard of hotel.

Loved having 2 nights here. The only thing to complain about was the lack of soap (not enough for 2 people for 2 nights), so take some with you. Also bathroom was very small. All other facilities were lovely, especially the pool area. Get a massage there if you can afford it, my husband said it was great.

Overall a great place to stay. I will be returning and have recommended this hotel to my friends. Excellent facilities, rarely have I found a hotel with a steam room. If you want luxurious, spacious accommodation don't go past the Mantra Circle on Cavill.

Located perfectly in the middle of the Gold Coast it made it very easy to travel around everywhere. Right below our hotel are shops and restaurants which were very convienient. The rooms werea beautiful, staff we're very friendly and helpful!

Whilst the actual location is very central and the views are fantastic, the customer service at reception was the worst I have ever encountered, suggest the reception staff take a basic course in customer service. arived at 1pm (after driving in heavy traffic and rain from Coffs Harbour)to be told the room would not be ready until 2pm , (take the luggage back to the car), unclear as to where to park as directions where poor to say the least , confusing at best, actually was gien better info from the girl that brought us our towels), came back at 2pm , got in line and by the time I actually got to the counter (approx 2.15pm) was told the room would not be ready for another 40 mns, not happy ... asked to see manager...she was busy ... finally she comes out and gives me another room (could have been organised prior but obviously customrs are not a priority at Mantra on Cavill !! AND BY THE WAY THE ROOM WAS NOT REALLY CLEAN AS THERE WAS RUBBISH UNDER THE BED AND COUCH.

Great Position, Beautiful large rooms!

The bathroom and glasses were not clean properly and is quite dirty. Another than that, the location is perfect and the price is good.

This is our 1st stay at this service apartment. We stayed at 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with spa and river/ocean view on level 41 of north tower. It is one of the best view and the service apartment that we stayed so far. We highly recommend for others who look for the same type of accommodation. Only 1 comment is that the provided 2 single beds (in one of the bed room) is a bit small and may be design for children only but not for adult.

Hotel apartment was great, good view good size. At night was noisy from the nightclubs in Cavill. The customer service by the staff was poor dont expect a smile or much help.

Very Good Stay

We didnt expect the apartment would be that great. the apartment is very new, the view(ours is facing beach) is great. the apartment size, the balcony is good. the only thing I dont like is that the wall glass between bedroom and bathroom. the design is smart, so while u r having bath then u can see the beach view through the glass wall, but it will be nicer if it comes with a curtin, so people can choose open it up or turn it down for privacy. we got friend visit us, when someone wanna use toilet/bathroom, then the others have to stay at living room....

Great location with superb views of the ocean, nevertheless, service is definitely not up to standard. It took 1hour and 5 phone calls to get an additional blanket and they also charge $40 for additional linen and $40 for a cot (this is not indicated when using [website] to book). Check in is very slow as staff numbers are limited at reception. Kids playground is far from impressive - not what i would expect for a family resort and being in the heart of the GC.

We were very pleased with our stay in an Ocean View Spa room at Circle on Cavill. The rooms are lovely and very big, and the hotel facilities (pool, gym etc) are fantastic. Our only disappointment was not having a mini bar in the room, but fortunately there are plenty of shops nearby.

Location is extremely convenient, lots of facilities inside the apartment block and generally very clean. However, the noise at night can be quite unbearable. The room we stayed in were behind a pub and the music at night is so loud that you feel like you were sleeping inside the pub. Luckily, we were too tired to be bothered by the noise. But if you are after a relax place to stay with some peace and quiet, this is definitely not the apartment you want to book.
