Continue for approx. 25kms and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport / Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Surfers Paradise. Turn left off the Gold Coast Highway into Palm Avenue. From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Turn right from the Gold Coast Highway into Palm Avenue.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel.Everything was perfect except when we booked we booked a cot for my grandson.It was delivered and when we went to check out they advised we had to pay $44.00 for the hire.This wasnt stated to us on booking so be aware anyone booking a cot...Everything in this hotel was wonderful. Everything at hand and the swimming pool was great with sand Amazing..I would recommend this hotel to anyone..The decor is getting on the old side but didnt affect us and the bathroom could do with some demestos they are the three things I would say was wrong...

Excellent location and facilities & very friendly staff.
only down side was we would have eaten thier aswell but thier was no additional info in the room about the resturants
Lovely place, great for kids. Cafe would be good if they provided bread, milk, butter a few essentials for people staying in 2-3 bedroom fully contained units rather than walking all way to cavill for such items. Outside cafe was not open, so couldnt order lunch or drinks with 3 kids in pool. Still a lovely place and would definately return, staff friendly and helpful
Unfortunately this hotel wasn't what I expected. The staff were friendly enough but the resort itself was a bit old.The appliances in the apartments need updating.And there was no atmosphere at all. Won't be staying here in the future
Nice clean tidy hotel with awesome facilities. We wish we had longer to stay but will definately be back.

I really love the interior design, the cafe/resturant there have the best service and food. And having a beauty therapy place down stairs is convenient. The noise level was kept to minimum. I stayed there for two nights, and the house keeping did not come in once. and there was not dine-in room service. Close to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and home-like features. I would recommend this place and would book this hotel again if i would intend on coming back to the coast.
Great location, 3 BR apartment was very spacious and with good security, had the odd thing or two that were not as clean as it could have been but was nothing really to worry about (kitchen floor, side table); staff very helpful on arrival; great kids pool; nice Thai restaurant attached with extensive menu; would definitely stay again.
Highly Recommended Resort. We had the most enjoyable stay here, great for adults and even better for kids. Rooms were nice, service was outstanding and facilities were great for the kids especially. We would definately stay here again.
Were supposed to be staying at Mantra Legend but transferred to Crown Tower. Very family friendly place, there is a slight chlorine smell to the place but that is going to happen with any place so focused on water activities I guess. Excellent Thai restaurant downstairs

We were vary happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The staff were courteous and helpful and the location perfect for our business.
Very large secure resort complex containing spacious self contained apartments with full facilities.This is NOT a hotel so don't expect your rooms to be serviced (towel changes etc) unless you are prepared to pay extra. A good resort for families of young children with safe swimming pools with own uniquely created real sandy beach. Restaurant within the complex. Good central location within easy reach of Cavill Ave shopping and eateries etc. Very good flexibility in pricing. Confirm with reception what you require.
I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crown Towers. I am a single mum with a 9 year old daughter. It was both or our birthdays and used every inch of the resort. The only fault was that the resturant and cafe inside the resort were not in use....We had no proir knowledge when we booked that these facilities were not going to be operational..so it spoiled our plan to have 10 people come down from Brisbane to join us for a birthday breakfast..I had to think quick and use Sun City Resort instead for our gathering.
2 br apartment on 24th floor very comfortable, large, well-fitted out, great views to sea and city - hotel had good facilities including excellent Thai restaurant - BUT the bar (other than the restaurant) was closed the whole time. Good city location near beach and shops etc. Overall very pleasant experience and would definitely stay again.
Internet wouldn't work in our room which we had specifically wanted. Shower and toilet both leaked but overall good location and adequate hotel for a good holiday on the Gold Coast
