Getting there:Follow signs into Hervey Bay, follow Boat Harbour Drive until the end and turn left. Follow this road until the first roundabout and turn right and follow the road around to the left, which will bring you to the entrance of the resort.
Check-in Procedure:Reception hours are 6:30am-9pm weekly. After hours check in available, please phone the hotel directly to arrange a late check in.
Car parking:Shaded parking. No Boats or Trailers

Friendly Staff, Location was a bit out of the way, but right on the harbour. We booked a 1 Bedroom Unit, which we found to be extreemly tiny! No undercover parking, also garages are available at an extra charge.
I loved the location however I was not very impressed with the room and view of the harbour. I booked the accommodation 2 months ago with a request to be positioned as high as possible for a view of the harbour. We stayed at the Mantra for a week and the booking agent ensured she would make a note of that request. Subsequently we were booked on the second floor looking out to the shops and the other Mantra accommodation. A very disappointed family............

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful position overlooking the Marina. Would definitely stay there again.
Excellant location and very helpfull and friendly staff but the rooms need an upgrade with new furniture and modern tv's and appliances and two single beds pushed together does not make double. dissappointing considering Mantras reputation.
The best place to stay in Hervey Bay! Park the car, walk to 4 or 5 restaurants and the Boat Club. And oh did I mention the views - sensational!
Disappointed with poky little room and two single beds pushed together to make a king-size. Rooms are not serviced so if you run out of things - too bad. Not worth it, even at half price.
The service level leaves much to be desired. Calling this a 4.5 star is stretching it!

The pay movie channel was not working and our Dryer was verrrrrry noisey . advised reception when we left . But overall a great place to stay
Nice place to stay - only issue is the aircon unit on our balcony that is for 2 rooms. We didn't feel the need while having a drink on an evening but the people next door did & that spolit it alot.
The hotel was excellent - facilities and room were what we expected. However the airconditioning unit on our balcony also feed to the next door room. When that was occupied (during our 1st night of stay) the unit on our balcony ran. This was very noisy and hot - therefore making it near impossible to sit out on the balcony. We were fortunate that for the 2nd night we were there the next room was not occupied - therefore at last we were able to utilise the balcony. This is the only fault - everything else was excellent. We look forward to returning to the hotel - only we will request a room with its own air conditioning - not a shared one.

I stay here 4 - 5 times a year. It's the best hotel in Hervey Bay!
We loved our stay. Really awesome view of the marina. Very close to shops and the boats for whale watching. We had a beautiful spa in our room. The tv was very small, only complaint if i had to pick on something. Would definitely stay there again.

Ursula and I have stayed at hotels overseas and enjoyed all aspects of them but the Mantra Hervey Bay was much better in all respects .Although our stay at Hervey Bay this time was only short we will most certainly choose the Mantra next time we`re there.Thank you all again most sincerely .
We had a reduced rate so it was affordable this time. Our balcony had lovely views of the boat marina but had no privacy from tourists below as there was no sheer curtaining at main window - it was either dark in the room with privacy but closed curtains or no privacy inside with lovely views!
