"When booked, the hotel description had undercover car parking listed, however it was not until check-in that I was informed this parking was unavailable. I was told to either park unsecured on the street, or drive to other commercial parking to store my vehicle. This was quite inconvenient and resulted in a large amount of time spent finding suitable parking, then having to walk a considerable distance back to the hotel and vice-versa throughout the weekend." - Matthew Collingwood
