Our initial room in my mind was not as booked. The Motel upgraded for a modest fee to a standard that I had booked. Very helpfull office desk.
The welcome given by the reception staff was badly let down by the cleanliness standard of the room. The resort is set in a beautiful and relaxing situation just outside Port Douglas. A shuttle bus makes a regular run around the the hotels to Port Douglas
we had a great stay with mantra the only suggestion we had was that there were no facilities close to get food like a little shop or something like that apart from this we had a great stay with mantra and the service was outstanding a big thank you to Mickayla for looking after us, she was great :) thank you !
Really lovely place and the staff we're really helpful. Gorgeous pool and rooms.
This is 5 star luxury in International terms,with all the conveniences you could wish for.
We were very impressed by the standard of service from the staff in reception. Nothing was too much trouble.
Will be back for sure - had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely resort
