Mantra On Frome Adelaide Hotel

Check in was friendly, studio room was adequate but the air conditioning was too cold whatever temperature. Disappointed in small towels on third night.

Really helpful at reception & followed through efficiently with requests. Within walking distance to great cafes & bars along Rundle Street so great location.

Clean comfortable room, very helpful staff. Unfortunately we didnt get much sleep as it was extremely noisy, double glazing would be a good idea.

Expensive for the room size. Was mistakenly placed in studio when booked one bed. This was corrected, but both rooms had the same floor space. One bed sliding doors reduce street noise though. Both rooms had a 3-4cm round hole in the balcony door which let cold air in!

The rooms we had is the smallest I have ever stayed in and the street noise is high, but the location is superb so if you are staying in the city for a function, it's not bad. A shame about the room size though.

A1 staff, hotel and service...very clean would definately stay here again and the room service menu recommended was "la strada " and that was beautiful....

A fine business hotel -- not a lot of amenities, but the kitchenette is great for preparing breakfast, etc. when you don't want to eat out. Good in-room work facilities -- desk, etc. -- too.

Overall the hotel was good. I was disappointed that the hotel had no pool, sauna or gym. Also, the restauruant was closed and it was only 20.00 hrs.

Massive rooms, lovely beds and linen. Very quiet and great location. Airconditioning was only in the main living area (a long way from the bedroom) but it seemed to keep the place OK maybe a problem if I wanted the bedroom door closed or it was a very hot day.

Location is fantastic. rooms where dark even during the day.

One bedroom apartments small but comfortable. Street noise can be a bit annoying but otherwise good value and great location, especially to East end and Hutt St. Would stay there again.

Exellent hotel, good location and price. Only negative is that there was a bit of noise from the street, perhaps they need better glazing or better sealed doors.

Very nice. A beautiful hotel and we had a lovely stay. The bed was a little on the uncomfortable side though which is a shame. Would rate 4/5 otherwise though!

Rooms need a tidy up, but otherwise a very nice hotel.

Parking can be a problem but location good.

The car park is a bit expensive. It's $15 a day, which, compared to others, was about $10

Excellent location for the price - 1 block from the city. In room internet quite expensive ($30 / day) which is a downer for the business traveller.

We were dissapointed that on various occasions were made to feel as if we were constantky being watched and expected to be disruptive and break the rules within the hotel. Just because we were two young couples staying in the apartment and were not a family I felt that the staff expected us to be loud noisy and going to have more than 4 people staying the night. The girl who checked us in was less than polite and then everytime we came in or out we were questioned about where we were staying and how many people staying with us. Wouldn't stay there again. Yeah it was good vallue for 4 of us however service was less than desirable.
