Getting there:The hotel is located at 471 Little Bourke Street between Queen and William Streets and can be accessed by car, tram, bus, train or taxi. Please note that Little Bourke is a one-way street. From the airport, a taxi costs approximately $45-50. The Skybus departs the airport every 30 minutes and costs $15 per person one way. Skybus terminal is located outside the Qantas domestic terminal. To arrange an airport transfer in one of our luxurious corporate cars please contact the hotel directly, and for little more than the cost of a taxi you can be met and transferred in comfort.
Check-in Procedure:Early arrival before 1400hrs is not available. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented on check in. Alternatively, the hotel reserves the right to request a cash bond to guarantee incidental charges.
Car parking:On-site valet parking is available at $30 per night. Public car parks are located on Queen or Lonsdale streets. Please see guest services on arrival for more information about parking garages. Five minute parking is available in the set-down area in front of the hotel for luggage drop off.

We love our stay at Mantra Little Bourke, it is located in a quieter street and yet convenient as it is walking distance to busy areas such as russel and swanton street. It may not be as convenient for elderly patrons as some 5-15 mins walking is required but for fitter adults this location is lovely. Car park is limited but available on daily rate of AUD30/- , the staff will drive the car in and out of car park when required. 1 BR for triplet is spacious and comfortable.

Great stay big rooms very clean. Restaurant food is very good and all staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definately stay again.
Good location near main shopping area. Executive room was large and well equipped except there wasn't a safe in the room. Would stay there again.
Lighting in the apartment, especially the bathroom, was poor. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

We had an excellent 5 nights at The Mantra on Little Bourke - the staff went out of their way to provide every assistance and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect - within walking distance of great restaurants and cafes and a short tram ride from most of the other Melbourne attractions. We would definately stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the CBD.

Appartment was excellent size, staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Beds were made daily, with linen changed second daily. Bathroom floor was not washed a few days, not that it was dirty but given it was granite it did show the marks. Kitchen floor had crumbs on it the entire time we were there, (I could have swept these up). Detergent was not replaced when we had used it, therefore could not wash dishes, which they washed. I am sure had I pointed out any of these minor issues they would have been corrected, and none of these detracted from our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
We were delighted with our stay and found the staff very helpful and super friendly. The location was excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets but very central. Would definitely recommend this facility.
Service was excellent as was the included breakfast. Bed was good and pillows were great and plenty off them, this was appreciated. Room was large quiet and clean I would definatly stay here again.
We (with 2 kids) arrived at the Hotel around 7Am, unfortunately we couldn't get into the room earlier. Room just available on 2PM. We satisfied with the room facilities, cleanliness and good location.

In the past I had found the reception to be less than 'warm', staff often give the impression of being arrogant and that they were being imposed upon when you were checking in or out. A huge improvement this visit, staff were pleasant and welcoming. Well done to Bec who was on duty during my stay.
We found this motel to be very comfortable and in a great location when visiting central Melbourne
Nice and clean, this hotel is perfect for the visitor to Melbourne that doesnt want to overspend on accom, but still wants a clean room with a little kitchenette. We had two linked rooms, for us and the baby... it was perfect. Only complaint, the movie system stopped working, but that was outsourced, so hardly the hotels fault.
Would of been good to know the spa in the gym was out of order. Great service thought and would stay there again

Was dissapointed that while dining in the restaraunt people were able to smoke outside but jus meters away from where we were sitting, as the wind was blowing in the open double doors the entire restraunt stank of cigarrette smoke.
