"Appartment was excellent size, staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Beds were made daily, with linen changed second daily. Bathroom floor was not washed a few days, not that it was dirty but given it was granite it did show the marks. Kitchen floor had crumbs on it the entire time we were there, (I could have swept these up). Detergent was not replaced when we had used it, therefore could not wash dishes, which they washed. I am sure had I pointed out any of these minor issues they would have been corrected, and none of these detracted from our stay. The hotel is located at 471 Little Bourke Street, between Queen and William Streets and can be accessed by car, tram, bus, train or taxi. Please note that Little Bourke is a one-way street. From the airport, a taxi costs approximately $45-50. The Skybus departs the airport every 30 minutes and costs $16 per person one way. Skybus terminal is located outside the Qantas domestic terminal.
To arrange an airport transfer in one of our luxurious corporate cars please contact the hotel directly, and for little more than the cost of a taxi, you can be met and transferred in comfort.
