Everything was fine, location good, rooms comfortable and clean. Not bad value really, BUT uncomfortable in the dining area and foyer due to air con breakdown, although room was good. Will stay there again, but will check on Air con.

Extremely helpful and cheerful staff. Would definately stay here again. Great location for tourists. Rooms were very clean comfortable and newly refurbished. Only complaint was that the apartment(Queen Studio) had only one chair for sitting at the table to eat. I"m sure if I'd asked one more would have been provided.

Shower had quite a bit of mould and room had no wall hangings. TV remote was not functioning properly. Housekeeping did not replace tea or coffee. Internet access far too expensive compared to many other hotels. Front of house staff were great, room service food excellent. Great location.
Brilliant location, neat kitchenette (studio apartment), brekky wasn't bad either.
1. 'Service with a smile' lacking. 2. Request for extra towel and pillow was acknowledged but not done. 3. Insufficient lighting in room. Kitchen area is dark. 4. Only one side lamp. Other side table has no lamp.
The biggest disappointment was that there was no hotel parking and it ended up costing us a further $50 for parking in the city, very inconvenient. The service was a little slack, requested a cot, no cot on arrival, requested a late check out and had cleaners come to room twice to see if we had left or not. The room itself was very nice and the location is excellent. Recommend for travellers with no transport!
Apartments are good except the walls are a bit thin. Hear people quite easily. Nice and close to shops and restaurants. Supermarket is very close.
Positive: We very much enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. Negative: Only real drawback for this hotel is that it costs almost $40 to park in the nearest Wilson's carpark overnight.
it is quite a basis hotel for what you pay for full price. Great location.
The staff were pretty good as a whole. Very polite, however the rooms could do with a refresher. Just some minor things like - Plastic kettle provided in the room looked worn - Burn marks on the iron - Broken hangers
apart from some pretty slack cleaners this hotel was one of the best I've stayed at in Perth with plenty of room rather than the usual cramped situation
The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to city centre, train connection, and taxi rank. Restaurant served great food, and plenty of choice. Reception staff were well trained, very efficient check in and checking out. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean, well equipped. If there was a small criticism it would be with the room lighting over the kitchen/cooking area. Quite dim. Overall though, excellent.
Hotel at a great location. However, some days cleaning was not very thorough. Otherwise, a pleasant stay at a good sized hotel.

I was able to get a studio apartment for $151 per night for 2 nights and found the rate to be very good. The staff were very helpful and as I had never been to Perth their knowledge of the area was very much appreciated. The hotel is close to Northbridge and the Mall area, I would consider staying there again.
Room was a great size, spacious even! One of the selling points for this hotel was the late check-out at 11am, unfortunately hotel staff knocked on the door a couple of times after 9am to find out when we were leaving. This was the only thing that detracted from our stay. Otherwise highly recommended
Location was great! Service, they seemed understaffed as they were very busy so everything took ages. room itself was large but empty. Bathroom and cups, forks etc werent very clean.
