Overall a good experince, the only negatives were the restaurant / bar is not open on Sunday, which is not really a problem as it is so close to the centre of Canberra. The second was I found the hotel hot. The rooms had indivdual split systems but foyers and lobby pretty warm

The bedroom has a queen bed, large wardrobe and modern ensuite bathroom including laundry facilities. Offers a well lit work station and ISD/STD modem access. The large living area has a TV with in house movies, stereo and a louge suite that can be converted into a double sofa bed. The room was good well appointed the staff were attentive my stay was a good experience
Enjoyed our stay at Mantra. Getting the heating to work was a bit tricky. Parking is an extra $12 per day, but if its the weekend you can easily park behind the hotel.
Although I had booked with HotelClub, the hotel had to search for the booking over a period of about 20mins. Then, on checkout, they tried to charge me again! They didn't seem as organised as other places I have stayed. Even though I hung the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door, I returned at the end of the day to find that the staff had been into the room---& replaced one towel----but not the 2nd one!! Otherwise I was very happy with the hotel.
Clean & pleasant rooms. Staff very helpful and hotel is in a handy central location. Would stay here again.
Very nice place to stay. Very central and enjoyed our stay very much especially after receiving an upgrade.
Excellent apartment and we would stay there again however they failed to give linen and towels for our adult son.
Stayed over Christmas period. Reception staff always very pleasant and helpful. Room staff same. Apartment well appointed modern and clean. Dining room operation limited mostly to breakfast at this time, but given proximity to city centre, many food establishments close by so not a problem. Pool/gym facilities looking a bit run-down, but otherwise OK. TV channels limited, no DVD player. Would stay at Mantra again.
Good location friendly staff no problems
all in all a very clean, modern hotel apartment with very polite and helpful staff. Only gripes if you could call them that were the kettle did not work, also a faulty powerpoint in main room forced mobile phone to be charged in bathroom and forced uncomfortable use of laptop also as no bed side power points were available either, otherwise nice place to stay.
Had a very pleasant stay. Very well located with nice spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend to friends.
The location is very good but the service in the rooms is poor. Glasses were not washed and the towels were a bit rough. There is no in-room safe, which is standard in most hotels that represent themselves as 4 star.

Well located in easy walking distance to the centre of Canberra City. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Parking a little squeezy.
Very close to the main shopping and restaurant area of the CBD. Excellent service and a great little restaurant off the foyer. Wonderfully priced accommodation.
