good hotel, enjoyable stay and close to where I wanted to be. When i stayed there the room assigned tv was not working, so they promptly put me in another room upgraded for free and provided breakfast.
Nice friendly staff. Great room with a view. A little out of the way from city centre but within easy walking distance.

My room location was great, I had a great view of the city and river. I found that my room was a perfect size and it was very clean. Only fault I found was I had booked a triple room and had been advised that we had a sofa bed for the third bed - which wasn't the case and we had to share a double bed. also the tv's need an upgrade badly!! Overall though, very pleased and will stay there again.

We only stayed 1 night and the room was nice and comfortable. However, we were disappointed there were no champagne glasses in the room, only wine glasses. We were also unable to get some ice and a champagne bucket. Told to go to woolworths across the road. Pretty ordinary. The car park design has to be one of the worst I have ever seen. Thank goodness we were in a small car!!

Given the price of the rooms I would have expected to get internet for free and to have a few more tv channels. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the location made it easy to get around Brisbane.
The staff were excellent, very helpful. I have a severe dust mite allergy, and asked for the matress to be vacuumed, and the room to be spotless, which it was. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care and concern.
The absence of an in-rrom safe was disappointing for a hotel that purports to cater to business travellers.
A good apartment, well located and comfortable. Nothing stunning about the place but just good value.
We checkin to 1 bedroom aprtment, which was great, very spacious & has all the ammenties. Our second checkin to another 1 bedroom aprtment, wasn't great at all. It was the corner apartment and does not have alot of space to move around especially when travelling with chilren but has all the ammenties though. It's quite suitable for a couple but not for a family.
Everything was as described. 15 mins walk to Brisbane's Queen Street. But if you are someone who is into night life, this is the perfect place to stay as the pubs and the valley is just 5 mins away. This is great especially after a long night out where you dont have to queue to grab a cab!
We enjoyed our stay. The room was very pleasant. However, the car parking facilities were very awkward and small. Next time we wont take our car.
Everything was excellent with the exception of the car park. Very difficult to park in - not suitable for large cars or 4WDs

We enjoyed our stay at the Mantra on Queen Street, great veiws of the city, staff were very helpfull. Don't need a car in the city with a short walk to the Queen St Mall or up to China Town and would recommend the hotel to friends if needed.
Well located centeral to the main dining and entertainment areas. Room was large and well appointed. would stay there again if staying in the Brisbane city.
Mini bar would be good. Business centre would be good. Hotal is not werll placed for tourists but is well placed for business visitors. Could not print off online checkin boarding passes because could not email them to the service staff to print off. Why not a printer? Walked up town to internet cafe, got on line cheaper, got a printer service included. Wasted two dollars with Mantra, spent 90c with internet cafe. Room service was very good and food was excellent.
Good location - walking distance to many restaurants, nightclubs, & shopping. Great service and clean, well-appointed lodging.
