Mantra Phoenician Broadbeach Apartments

The mantra is in a great spot and the rooms are very spacious.

Very spacious unit. Great location.

Service is was fairly good, the facilities were good. However the rooms felt very outdated with a mouldy smell. However we enjoyed our stay whilst shopping among the crowds at pacific fair.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Very central location and was able to not use the car at all.

Great location, right in the heart of Broadbeach and the pools and spa were fantastic. The apartment we stayed in was okay but looking a bit dated, with peeling paint in the bathroom, stained carpet and signs of what had been quite a major leak above the main doors out to the balcony/garden area from the living room. Apart from that, we were happy with our stay.

We were very pleased with the size of the room and its location. We will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed for maintenance for the entire month of June which we were not aware of until we wanted to use it. The location is fantastic with restuarants galore at your doorstep.

A bit dated now, but overall a very good hotel with large rooms and all facilties for a reasonable price.

Very Happy with the stay at the Phoenician Hotel. The rooms were quite and had a nice view of the pool. One thing I would recommend is the airconditioning, can't put it below 22 degrees or something, not good, and no airconditioning in the bed room.

Great location, signage for checking into Reception before parking needs to be more obvious. However would love to stay there again.

the position was great, right in the centre of the broadbeach mall. Close to night life, beach,shopping. Very comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.

Close to shops, restaurants and the beach and with its own pool, spa, sauna, gym and games room along with friendly and helpful staff make it’s the perfect place for the whole family to holiday. Lots to see and do so don't plan a short stay.

my wife and i found the location very good ,also the swimming pools were great as they were both heated

We stayed at the Phonecian for the Blues on Broadbeach weekend and were very happy, our room was in a great location overlooking the mall and with sea views we could sit on the balcony and take in the great music and atmosphere. The room was clean and well presented and the staff friendly and helpful. We will definately stay again.

I was very impressed with this hotel, and will definitely return. For a family of four, this was great value for money and is in a great spot.

Having been to quite a number of resorts on the Gold Coast I was very impressed with how clean the resort was

The shower was mouldy, the air conditioning was rusty and the kitchen draw with the bin wasn't cleaned out for a while as the smell was horrible. Apart from the cleanliness location was great and size was good. Probably wouldn't stay again though....

After reading bad reports on [other website] we were pleasantly surprised by Phoenician. The apartment was very large and had beautiful views of the hinterland. The sunsets were spectacular. It looked clean and tidy on arrival but if you looked closely the door frames etc were a bit grubby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous and we didn't need to drive our car anywhere. We will definitely return.
