"The name is misleading, there is no Spa. Unfortunately the word`service is not in the Management's vocabulary. A pity as the hotel is new and rooms are nice apart from wooden bath which will over time become breeding ground for bacteria. The restaurant is seperate from hotel and under separate management, food, service, and ambiance is excellent. The hotel I would rate as 4 star price with 1/2 star service." - John Paterson
