Mantra Trilogy Cairns

Very relaxing environment yet close to attractions, shops and the Cairns waterfront. The facilities and srvice are very good with friendly helpful staff. Although there is no in house restaurant there is a multitude of restaurants surrounding Mantra Trilogy. A most enjoyable stay.

Our apartment was fabulous, we would definitely stay here again.

great family place to stay. it was just a fraction too far from the shops with 2 small children. Walking distance but about 20 mins. Apart from that we were very happy.

I regulary stay here in an apartment as it is close to all facilities.It has a good gym and pool. Most rooms have a partial view of the water. The customer service is usually of a high standard. Try and avoid being placed in a dual key apartment as it can be frustrating having to enter 2 doors just to get to your apartment. Some apartments do not have all thelittle extras as they are privately owned.

The exterior view of the hotel was modern and looked good, however the hallways on our floor (4th) looked as if they had been cleaned by a solvent and the paint looked faded, a repaint of the hallway would make it more appealing. The carparts in the room though clean were marked in the areas near the walls. Also the sink in the bathroom did not have a plug, minor, but could have been an inbuilt plug. Car parking is at a premium, get in early or park on street. All in all a pleasant place to stay, and not as bad as most of the reviews that I read prior to booking.

Clean, nice pool, good location. Good spacious living area. Good value for money on a 2-key appartment for 4 people.

The experience was great overall but we were told tat there was no house keeping when we checked in. Be aware.

Staff were friendly and location was good also. A bit hard to get into the first time but next time will be easy now that I know where to go etc.

Wonderful location stayed in tower 1, path to Esplanade and access next to Splash restaurant.Nice and new but built with Japan in mind... it was a twin room but there was just one tiny double bed. I could hardly fit with my daughter it was comfortable though and lovely new cotton sheets. The shampoo,conditioner bath gel and moisterisor samples were lovely and especially loved the lamongrass fragrant soap.

Gret place to stay in middle of Cairns

We booked for 2 adults and 2 children one aged 5 and the other 15 and they only had 2 king beds, and wouldn't seperate the beds for us even though they were the king beds that split into singles, so we had to do it ourselves. The service was poor!

A good place to stay, within good walking distance of shops etc. Lifts were frequently out of order, this is a big inconvenience. Room okay but no balcony furniture unless you book an apartement. Would do that next time.

The two thinga that I would comment on is, that my room wasn't serviced during my stay, eg. bed not made up, tea, coffee etc not replentished and address not very easy to find.

Nice and Clean, Nice and Quiet, very handy to town, only a short wobbly walk from the clubs and casino.

We were given a Hotel room when I had expected a self contained apartment, which was disappointing. However, the room was very nice, but very small. Excellent location to city centre.
