Stay in 2 of our Executive Studio rooms, with interconnecting door. Children under 10yrs eat FREE from the kids menu when dining with an adult in Woodlands restaurant. (one free kids meal per adult main meal purchased)

A good base to spend 2 days after a long flight from the UK. Good room, very quiet with friendly staff. Would recommend it.
We stayed overnight only but thought this was a very clean and well appointed hotel. The only downside was the room service food was cold when it arrived. Didn't do anything about it as we had just come off a long haul flight from Rome and we were more concerned about getting a good night's sleep. The other really excellent thing was the shuttle bus from the airport (and back to the airport if needed). Will definitely stay again.

the room we had was very smelly a damp smell. like it had been wet and locked up for a long time . but the service made up for it as the staff were lovely
I found that Mantra Tullamarine was good. I arrived late at night on an international flight, rang and was picked up by a shuttle bus immediately, was hungry, so the restaurant was very helpful in supplying food. The only comment I would make is that there is not enough vegetarian varieties on the menu. As far as the room went, I feel there should be another mirror located in the room as the only mirror is located in the bathroom. The bathroom also needs an exhaust fan.

A clean, modern hotel only 5 minutes to the airport so it is a great place to stay before an early morning flight or a late night return. The restaurant is excellent and very good value too.
The only problem we had was being misinformed as to where we were to catch the shuttle bus. I believe it was because an employee was ignorant of the arrangement. The people at the airport and the employee at the hotel did not seem to have the same understanding.
Hotel is positioned very conveniently to the airport with minimal waiting time for transfers. Staff were very friendly and informative upon arrival and departure making it a quick and simple process to check-in and depart.
The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be a better Room Service Menu & Mini bar options.
Good size rooms that are clean and modern.
I decided to try this hotel after my daughter had stayed there. I was disappointed in the area the hotel was located.....nothing close by in the way of shops etc but I have to say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.I found the restaurant very expensive by Canadian standards.....I have never ever paid $27 for a hamburger!!And never will again.

after a long flight the last thing you need is another long trek into melbourne,, the shuttle service is very good,, staff very friendly,, rooms are of a high standard,, relax for 2 days and unwind,, before moving on,,not cheap but why cut corners,, when on holiday,,,
Comfortable, modern room and facilites. Good value for money. Would stay there again if the need arised.
Nice hotel but the airport shuttle service is poor which is unacceptable in an 'airport' hotel. I arrived late at night and found arranging the transfer difficult, confusing (as the hotel staff gave wrong information) and stressful.
