The breakfast was a take-away-affair that we brought to the room ourselves and kept overnight. Very small, but clean bathroom. Rather noisy street outside.
Clean and ok hotel. Good location. Spent one night in a double room which is pretty much the smallest room I've lived in. The room said double room with shower, but be aware that it means there is a shower, but NOT a toilet. Did not expect that. We changed for a triple room (only one available at the time) for 30 £ extra which included toilet and a shower. Was ok. Breakfast included is a plate with 1 pastry and some youghurt. Skipped that and went for a cafe nearby when we stayed there, but for the price I did not even expect anything for breakfast. Each room have a fridge which is good. All in all an ok hotel. Location is very nice. I'd rather stay at another hotel next time I'm in London though.
We had a 4-night stay in a double twin room with a shower. The location of the hotel is great! 5 minutes to Oxford street, the same to Hyde Park. So the price for the centre of London is quite ok. Cannot say anything about the service - we were leaving in the morning and returning at night so did not used the personnel service much. Only can say that they give breakfast every evening and clean rooms every morning. The hotel has very big audibility - you can hear all that your neighbours do. The room itself was VERY small - only one person can walk at a time. The bed was not comfortable - too little for two persons. TV has only 3 channels available. But given we used the hotel only for having a sleep that was ok. A great thing is a Masons Arms pub over the street - nice beer!
Fantastic place for the low price
Really more for those looking for hostel type accommodation as room was simple and small. As we were it was perfect! Cheaper than 2 hostel beds and very close to the tube and oxford street.
Clean sheets and towels but rather tired, being an older property. TV has a lot of Ghosting. Some staff no good others fantastic. Windows need replacing, as they are rotten. No lift, 50 stairs to the top. Great location for Oxford Street and Marble Arch.
very kind hosts, breakfeast (small) in room, good restaurants nearby.
Location is very convenient. Hotel staffs were very friendly. But it was not clean enough, especially bath curtain was too dirty. It should be changed new one. Then, breakfast was simple but you have to eat at your room.
The room in the cellar was not good in case of fire. A restaurant for breakfast would have been very nice.
Our stay was without complaint our room was clean and the staff were friendly.
The staff were most helpful and friendly, the location is really central to shops and the tube. Just found that the room was very small but the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend Marble Arch Inn and would definately stay there again.
Really nice little hotel/bed & breakfast with a competitive price. A nice detail is that they bring you breakfast in little baskets so you can have breakfast in bed :) I will definitely book here again!
