"The rooms are big but never refurbished since the early 90s. my family stayed there many times in the past. We moved to Marco Polo Hongkong because the service and facilities are far better. This trip I had the impression that the hotel has been refurbished but to my disappointment the rooms and toilets are very old. In addition, they put us on a single room the first night even though our confirmed reservation is twin beds. The receptionist was not even apologetic.
The location is very good though and the buffet at the basement Bistro was great." - Anonymous
