Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel

This is a great hotel. Located in Ocean Terminal and Harbour City, and opposite the new Heritage 1881 shops. Close to shopping districts, transport hubs, restaurants, and supermarket. Watch out for special promos of this hotel. You will not regret it.

An excellent hotel in a superb location with fantastic views over the harbour. Polite, attentive. well-trained staff were always eager to help and advise.

We think that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a harbour view room and the view was breathtaking. The room was very large and well laid out with all the expected amenities. Breakfasts were excellent. We sampled two of the restautants and they were both very good, especially yo Shanghai. Staff were efficient and polite and we hope to stay here again before too long.

Nice and tidy room, perfect location right down to the harbour an easy access to the MTR only 5mins away. Only minus however, is that we were told that our room wasn't ready upon arrival! And had to wait until 4pm to check in - - not cool! But the all in all very excellent stay!

Popular hotel smack in the midst of Tsim Tsa Tsui. You just need to take the elevator down and step out into the biggest mall connected to a couple others for endless shopping and F&B outlets. Very convenient especially if you need to run back for a snooze or to put your legs up. Hotel have big spacious rooms according to HK most cramped accommodation. There's a few good high end restaurants too although you can get decent food in the malls and streetside stalls. Boats and MTR are five mins away. Of course there's also the ubiquitous taxis

We loved staying at this hotel which is located right at the Star Ferry and close to Nathan Street, trains and shopping. We had a Deluxe Harbour facing room which had a view of the harbour and cityscape and the cruise ships were berthed on the pier below our room. It was a spacious room with king size bed and huge window allowing the full uninterrupted view. A great place to unwind at the end of a hectic day walking and training around Hong Kong. Highly recommended.

Very well located to the center of Kowloon and all transport. Great staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. The upgrade to a suite was worth the extra money.

we had a deluxe harbourview room, great size, loved the separate pantry, lots wardrobe space (his/hers). the view of cruise ships and hong kong island skyscrapers & harbour activity amazing. Staff extremely professional and friendly. Restaurant Cucina attended 4 out of 5 nights, superb food, great staff at this Michelin indexed restaurant. Cafe Marco Polo best buffets I've ever seen, had breakfast daily (included) and lunch on our last day. Amazing. Will definitely return if I have the chance.

Even though the hotel is now quite old the maintenance was good. The room for Hong Kong was exceptionally large. Would stay there again.

The decor of the room was slightly dated but the room size is generous - great position. Breakfasts were fabulous.

Room design is not appropriate as pantry is located far from wash basin. Reception area does not indicate where one should go for check in/check out. After check out, bell boy took ages to bring my luggage to the taxi who was waiting!

Walking distance to shopping centers, food, pubs etc; save up on taxi fare

Great location for this plush hotel - we got an upgrade and the view was very impressive the facilities available were top notch and even turned the bed down for you - would recommend it to anyone as a treat as its not exactly budget.

Surprisingly spacious room (Deluxe room), prompt attention to problems. Main restaurant didn't live up to expectations/hype.

The hotel is in a great location - right next to the Star Ferry, and walking distance to great shopping. The service was just great, and the food menu was varied and good quality. However, the walls in the rooms are so thin that normal conversations can easily be heard. But that was the only criticism. Otherwise, we really enjoyed staying there.

All staff are very courteous and attentive, ensuring a very pleasant stay.

Unfriendly staff and we had to wait 30 minutes for luggage to be delivered to room, only happened after I went chasing the luggage. Condition of suite was poor, doors chipped, carpet grubby, wallpaper damaged.
