"Would definitely stay again - fabulous hotel, great staff (special mention for Andy in concierge who saved me from the taxi driver who was trying to overcharge me). Some staff speak better English than others, but no problem with anything I needed. Room clean, bathroom lovely bed a little hard but I'm happy with that. Close to tube for going shopping in Lohwu (10 mins on tube). Only gripe is there is no milk in the fridge in the room for tea/coffee etc & to order milk from room service is 45RMB. Food in the restaurants was great - great selection at breakfast & recommend the Japanese restaurant. Massage rooms are stunning. All in all would highly recommend and will defintely stay here again next time." - Ceri Freeman
