Very helpful staff and brilliant location. Rooms were small but very clean. Cant fault it if just for the excellent location.
The hotel was great. I would recommend due to the location and price.
All rooms feature private bathroom, safety deposit box, individual climate control, heating, mini bar (on request) and colour TV.
perfect location, clean, new, rooms not very big, but clean
Located on 2nd floor (with lift). There are standard and new rooms. Thought the entire hotel had been refurbished in 2008 so was a bit surprised to be asked if I wanted a 'new' room for an additional 20 euros. Having said that, the bathroom was new, the room comfortable, if a bit basic and worn. Location perfect, very close to Piazza Navona, the river (with parking on the street at 4 euros for 8 hours, free overnight). Breakfast at extra cost of 5 euros, but we went to a bar instead, though the breakfast room looked to be very pleasant. Would recommend.
Excellent central location. Easy walk to shopping and restaurant areas. Close walking to most major sites and Metro stop 5 mins walk. Helpful and happy staff, good value for money. Enjoyed our stay in Rome!
Excellent location with very nice people.
I have scored the cleanliness of the hotel as good yet there was one glaring exception, our first allocated room. We were unfortunately sharing the bed with more than ourselves. This was an itchy situation which the hotel corrected immediately by changing our room and the first room was not visibly used throughout our stay which suggests they took the problem seriously. I would use this hotel again without hesitation.
5 minutes walk from the Spanish steps (and Metro stop). Super location in the center near all sights. Small but clean room and shower. For the price an excellent stay.
Was not impressed. Only good thing is its location. I had to hold the shower head in one hand whilst showering, My advice is to pay a little extra for the King Hotel, much better value!
Helpful staff when we needed some urgent assistance with wine bottle opening :)
