Margaret River Resort

Great location but a little dissapointed with the resort considering the price. Was hoping for something a little newer. We requested a late check-out and was given an extra 15-20mins....then on the morning of checkout our room phone started ringing at 10am. It was the front desk trying to "remind" us that check-out was at 10am. Only a small thing but does not end a stay on a high note.

good locasion off side st but rooms were noisey from lack of insulation from each other tv were tube type and small more suited to a caravan restaurant was very good as were the bars rooms and bed were very good

We were surprised and anxious when we realised that reception would be closed when we arrived near 8pm, however greatly relieved that bar staff provided us with a room key. The room was exceptionally well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and excellent value at a discounted online price.

staff were very friendly however the room was very average. the bed was so bad that the 2nd night stay we had to put the mattress on the floor.

This resort is well located off the main street, the restaurant has beautiful meals and you can find some great beers in the pub. In summary I would recommend this resort to all travellers, it has all the amenties you would expect.

The staff were very helpfull, we had a problem with one of our rooms (it smelt badley of smoke) and they moved us straight away without question and offered lots of apologies. We had asked when we booked for one of the rooms to be made as a twin but this didnt happen, though they did say there was a bed settie in the lounge area of the room which could be used. I sued the bed settie one night and it was very uncomfotable. We stayed in the spa rooms..they were very roomy however the height of the spa (the shower was over the spa bath) was very restrictive for our parents.Even with the step provided they couldnt make it in! so went showerless for 2 days !(i think that there should be a note against these rooms regarding the height of the spa). We ate at the pub and the food was very good and well priced , again the staff were lovely. Overall this hotel is good value and i would stay there again.

A very nice, relaxing stay. Was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but for a 21st Wedding Anniversary, it was still worth it. Thanks.

very central to wine region and town. large modern rooms. excellent breakfast.

Great location and friendly staff, but overpriced for the age of the property and the facilities.

We found the air conditioning to be very average otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

We found our stay extremely comfortable with staff freindly with nothing being to much trouble for them to do.

Very good hotel/resort, would recommend it to anyone. I'm fussy and I loved it.

High standard of room for price. More of a Motel Than Hotel as you need to drive down to the back and park outside room.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice Thai restaurant on site - great decor inside restaurant.

Very friendly staff. Not noisy, not on a main road, just out of town but close enough to walk. All in all a great place to stay and we will be back.

We have stayed here a number of times over the past year. Great position walking distance into town. The spa suites are very spacious with a separate lounge room and the hotel rooms are spacious with a cosy feel and great decor. This is one of our favourite resorts in Margaret River and highly recommend them.

Enjoyed our stay and would return for sure.
