"This hotel was very clean and ideally located close to Termini. Great bathroom. But note that the hotel and reception are up three flights of stairs - no lift. Not too bad if staying a few nights but a one night stopover was taxing. I would stay here again but for more than one night. " - Karen Cusack

Family-run hotel in the hearth of Rome city. Very close to Termini railway station with buses and underground connections.Entirely renocvated in November 2007 offers rooms with ensuite bathroom and rooms with shared facilities at reasonable prices. When we are full we can find you al alternative accomodation since all our family owns hotels in Rome.
Children welcome. No pets allowed |

How to reach us from Fiumicino airport:
There is s a train to Termini station every 15 minutes and the trip takes 30 minutes.
How to reach us from Termini station :
Take exit near track 1 on via Marsala, walk along Via Marghera for 4 blocks.
The forth block on the right is Via Palestro. We are at number 55.

We do not have a private parking that belongs to hotel but there are many garages in the area where you can easily park your car from Euro 15,00 to 20,00 ( it depends on the lenght of stay ) |

Children until 5 years in parents room are free of charge. Cot and small bed for free.
Children from 6 years on wards need a bed.
30 % discount on child bed in every season. |
