This is a great hotel in a great location, particularly if you are wanting easy access to the exhibition centre or the shop and restaurants or tourist sites. The room was spacious and clean the bathroom was spotless.
Wonderful and comfortable hotel. You should just avoid the rooms on the first floor as there is a lot of noise from people accessing the stores in the gallery on that floor.

One of our favorite hotels - especially at Christmas time when it looks beautiful. We have happy memories of staying at the Maritim when our children where young. It seemed very special then with its design. Some bits now could do with upgrading but still a good experience.

Well, at the rate offered for a weekend off holiday season you could not really ask for more. Great location from which you can reach on foot the historical area, futuristic building and a bountiful buffet breakfast, a real bargain for 16 €.

Absolutely amazing entrance, reception area and eating areas with classy shops, hairdresser etc inside glass covered atrium. Glass lifts giving a great view over the first floor restaurant. Helpful staff. Can cater for large conferences - 800 seated in dining area one of the nights we were there. Quite a buzz. Rooms were functional and clean. Location was excellent: short walkway from back entrance of hotel direct to the river. Easy walking distance to railway station, Cathedral and plenty of al fresco eating places in nearby Square. I would recommend it.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Very central location. Less than 10 min from the station and cathedral, mins away from the shops on Hobe str. and wonderful views of the Rhine from the hotel. Great service and food. Would not stay anywhere else if visiting cologne.
The hotel is a good modern hotel located in the centre of town with easy access to all the important sites. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I was abit dissapointed that a continential breakfast was not included in the price which was a discount, 125..I felt lucky to stayinthat wonderful hotel for such a low price but coffe and a roll is always nice. I will stay there again. The people at the front desk were very very nice and wanted our stay to be wonderful. laurie wagner
