In Orotava Valley, located directly on the ocean, on impressive coastal cliffs pounded by breakers and surrounded by banana plantations and amidst subtropical palm garden with an unique plant and flower splendour, this resort offers the ideal atmosphere to relax and enjoy. Within a few hundred metres famous Loro Parque and "Playa Jardin". Our hotel is situated on the Atlantic, on a ragged, rocky coastline. The premises are surrounded by a 35,000 sq.m. subtropical palm garden. The “Island of Eternal Spring” is full of contrasts: The snow-capped Teide, for example, Spain's highest mountain, towers over the bustling southcoast holiday resorts. This is a beautiful place to discover!

We had a superior room, and it was worth any additional Euro. The itself is the same as a standard room, but the breakfast has much better features: smaller room with an intimate atmosphere and excellent food on the buffet (salmon, Serrano ham, sparkling wine/champagne,...). Only the coffe was to blame (but you can replace it by champagne ;-) ). The rooms looking to the seaside give you a very intense maritime feeling: The waves from the Atlantic can be quite noisy. So, you should check if you like it or if you prefer the garden side. The pool area and the darden of the hotel are excellent, and they have a free shuttle service to the center of Puerto de la Cruz.

beautiful hotel,amazing views,very helpful staff. Little bit away from the main area but hotel runs a free shuttle most hours during the daytime. Need to gat a taxi at night but would definately recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on next trip to tenerife.
located slightly apart from the city but right at the seaside with a very beatiful tropical garden. Great value, excellent choice for people willing to stay away from busy city and enjoy local beaches.
Very good location, with great sea view and near "Loro Parque", just 10 min by walk and 4 min to the center. Breakfast was good. In the hotel good facilities and nice pool. We like it. Couple from Russia
