"please do not visit this hotel anyone its in the middle of no where the service is terrible and there is very bad odour coming from the room due to the fact that the rooms are carpeted. the hotel restaurant is terrible the food awful and over priced to boot. also the staff can speak very little english and are rude " - phillip bedfrord
"Oh dear. Great hotel, idyllict view and staff so friendly and willing. But training seems non existent. Try getting a taxi or a poolside towel promptly. To be an international hotel charging 25% more than say Penang they've got to be a whole lot sharper. This is a big management problem. Breakfasts are a bit poor too with not much choice. But other than this carping its a delightful place to stay well away from the tourism of Ao Nang.
Tip: beware the scam at the hotel pier for the 1 Hour boat trip. Check the price and if it is for two or each. " - philip roberts
