The Mark Apart Hotel is only a three-minute-walk from the famous Kurfürstendamm. Close by there are many bars und clubs. The 96 spacious rooms including nine-family appartments have bath/shower with WC, hair dryer, minibar, TV with Pay TV, telephone and radio. In the public areas you can use Wireless Lan. At our bed & breakfast hotel breakfast buffet is daily available until 12.00 noon. For dinner our guests can eat in the Bistro of our Berlin Mark Hotel which is close by.

Getting there:If you come by plane you take the bus 109 to Uhlandstraße (direction Zoologischer Garten). You go down the Uhlandstraße and turn right into the Lietzenburger Straße. You find the hotel on the right side of the street. If you come by train you take e.g. the S7 or S75 to Savigny Platz. From there it is a five-minute-walk to the hotel.

For the price this was a good location off the main street, close enough to attractions, and very clean and comfortable. Check out time is noon which was nice. The staff was very helpful with maps and site locations. They speak english as well. Worth the stay for the price.
Limited facilities avaiulable for a primium price. Whilst the location was very convienient, I would not stay here again, or receomend it to others as the facilities were non existant for an'appartment' hotel.

Accommodation in Berlin is expensive, and it is hard to find reasonably priced central options, especially when travelling as a single. The Mark Apart Hotel was overpriced as a hotel, but probably OK value for Berlin. Facilities were pretty average - it had the basics, nothing more. Breakfasts were great - they were available until noon and the food was good. If I had a particular gripe it was that hammering, drilling and other assorted noises from work being done to the building woke me each morning at 7am. There was no reason given for this, apology, or even mention made of it. I would have thought that 9am was a better start time, and / or that room costs should have been considerably reduced to compensate for this inconvenience. But an OK, not brilliant, option. A rather typical anonymous hotel, nothing really to complain about, but nothing to get excited about either.
A lovely hotel situated in the center of Berlin, easy access to tube trains. The breakfast is out of this world and will last until an evening meal. Lovely spacious room ensured a good night's sleep after a day's sightseeing around this beautiful city. Highly recommend the Mark Apart Hotel Berlin.
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is excellent.
Very convient location, the front desk provide very helpful service. The room is big and clean.
