"A typical German hotel with traditional rooms facilities but also including 2 free bottles of German beer & Water. Very helpful friendly staff and comfortable lounge especially for a small 3* hotel. Cold buffet evening meal, in house, but many local restaurants if you want to eat out in the evening. Very well placed for town centre as only 300m away from main shops." - Leonard MARSHALL

The Mark Hotel Domus is located right in the centre of Kassel and only a few minutes away from the central train station. The Hotel offers 56 modern equipped rooms. In the atrium with a fountain, guests can read newspapers or magazines. They can also enjoy exciting sport events in front of a big TV screen or play one of the plenty games. For meetings or seminars, the hotel offers two conference rooms for up to 50 people. Modern technical equipment is available.
In the pedestrian zone of Kassel, only a few minutes away from the hotel, guests will find diverse shopping facilities and restaurants. Many museums in the city, such as the Grimm-Museum (fairytale) invite the guests to discover. The “castle park Wilhelmshöhe” in Kassel is the largest mountain park in Europe, and in the „Kurhessen”-Thermae guests can enjoy the warm water.
If you are travelling by public transport: From the main train station in Kassel you can easily reach the Mark Hotel Domus by foot in only 5 minutes.

Follow the signs towards "Kassel-Zentrum", take the inner ring road and follow the signs to "Hauptbahnhof" (Kulturbahnhof). Before you reach the train station turn right into the Erzberger Str 1-5
By train:
Take the train to Kassel „Hauptbahnhof“ (Main train station) (or by ICE „Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe“ and then „Hauptbahnhof”). By foot, please cross the W.-Hilpert-Strasse und turn left into the Erzbergerstraße. On the left hand, you will find the Mark Hotel Domus. |
