"The hotel was generally good, the only problem was that receptionists do not know english, only one girl knew english well enough to let me explain that I reduced the stay for 1 day and therefore should pay less than was initially planned. Another issue - nobody asked my ID when I was asking my key, everybody could come and say the number of my room and receive a key. Besides these moments the hotel was good." - Grygoriy Sytenko

Our bed and breakfast hotel Mark is only a short walk from the centre of town in a conveniently situated. The hotel has 72 rooms incl. 20 family apartments. Three floors are reserved exclusively for non-smokers.
The Mark Hotel Garni is situated in a quit side road in the centre of Leipzig only about 1.000 meters away from the Opera and the Gewandhaus between Dresdner and Prager Strae.
Our hotel is the ideal starting point for your expedition to the most famous sights of the city. |

Arriving by car: A14 / Exit "Leipzig Mitte" along "Neuer Messe" - follow the signs on B2 in direction "Gera / Chemnitz.
Drive over the Steel bridge called "Brandenburger Strae". After 1.5 km you will reach the "Gerichtsweg". The hotel is situated on the right-hand side.
Arriving by train: Once arrived at the main station, get onto the tram no. 4 (in direction Sttteritz) or no. 7 (in direction Sommerfeld). Drop off the tram at the third station called "Gerichtsweg". You will find the hotel on the right-hand side.
Arriving by plane: Once arrived at the Airport Halle / Leipzig, get onto the train to the main station of Leipzig. The journey time is approximately 15 minutes. At the main station get onto the tram no. 4 (in direction Sttteritz) or no. 7 (in direction Sommerfeld). Drop off the tram at the third station called "Gerichtsweg". You will find the hotel on the right-hand side. |
